I come from a design research and strategy background, so I ve spent a lot of time working with qualitative data and watching teams struggle to actually use it in their decisions.
We re building Dots to change that: helping teams turn scattered customer feedback and qualitative data into insights they can actually act on.

I'm Shaya. I make things at BetterClaw and spend most of my time in Reddit threads helping people fix their broken AI agents.

My professional background is in HR, but I m currently taking a new step into entrepreneurship and the SaaS world with InfraBase.

InfraBase was developed by my father, who has 17 years of hands-on IT experience in enterprise environments, including Bain & Company, BlockFi, and Funding Circle. Throughout his career, he repeatedly encountered the same problems: company devices being tracked in spreadsheets, hardware becoming difficult to locate after employees left, and businesses losing track of active software licences.

Because he knew these challenges from his own daily work, he decided to build the solution he had always been missing.

That solution became InfraBase a flexible asset and inventory management platform that helps companies manage equipment, employee assignments, software licences, multiple locations, onboarding and offboarding, custom asset tags, and much more in one central place.

I'm Ben. Product manager for 15 years. Worked across startups and grown companies, shipped a lot of products, learned what makes people actually use something versus just sign up.

Then my dad passed. The best kind of person. The one you call when everything falls apart. After he went, my family spent three months piecing his life together from scraps. Bank statements in a shoebox. A password on a post-it. A brother's phone number with no last name.

That experience changed what I wanted to build.

DearFile is the private file your family needs to find when something happens to you. The people, the account details, the wishes, a note from you. Nothing complicated. Simple enough to finish in an afternoon. Private by default. Their access lasts forever, even if DearFile closes.

Hey Product Hunt community I m Veking, an indie developer.

I ve been between jobs for the past three months. At first, every day felt like a waiting room: applications sent, inbox open, hoping someone else would decide what came next.

Eventually, I got tired of waiting. I opened a blank repo and started building a small SaaS around a problem I kept noticing: brands can track their Google rankings, but often have no idea how AI assistants describe or recommend them.

Building solo has been equal parts energizing and uncomfortable. The code is rarely the hardest part. Deciding what not to build, finding people willing to give honest feedback, and staying motivated before meaningful traction that s the real work.
