In a world of commission-only brokerages hellbent on selling you a job, seeing Investors Club turn the model on its head and start a "buyer-centric" market (with NO fees!) is a huge refresher. This is exactly what the Online M&A Market needs, and hope to see it grow into the dominant player.

Tired these guys when they launched and you had to $99 to see the sites. Was very disappointed to see it was just the same old Amazon affiliate sites that you can see at all the other brokerages, of varying quality too. Question: if you are doing DD for a buyer, what is there backing it? If it a lawyer screws up, you can sue them or go to the Law Society. Can buyers actually RELY on your DD?

@ematt Thanks for your comment. A LOT has changed since our first launch ;). We're currently focusing on content sites - not just Amazon. Affiliate/display/direct advertising. Soon we'll start with the expansion to other business models, but we really wanted to dial in everything before we even consider scaling horizontally. Our due diligence reports are there to make the decision easier. Not the final buying decision, but whether or not should you even consider the site. You (everyone) should do their own due diligence. Our report is a shortcut and a solid jump start so you don't have to waste 5+ hours collecting all that information. Hope that helps.
