We built a simple invoice builder to make beautiful invoices in seconds. Pick from a template of styles, add information, line items and your custom branding colours or logo. Then download your invoice as PDF or send it as a unique link to your customer.

Hey there 🙋 Did you ever wonder why all invoices look kind of ... boring and ugly? 🥱 At Tola, we use a lot of time thinking about how to create the experience of paying and getting paid for companies 10x better. A lot of companies out there spend a lot of time creating branded experiences, but invoices tend to get a bit forgotten. There are a ton of invoice builders out there that generate generic PDF templates, but often, we found that designers end up creating custom invoices in Figma when they want to create something nicer. At one of our internal hackathons, we wanted to create something different when it comes to generating invoices, that is just nicer to what you can find out there, but still super easy and lightweight to use. We made a tiny little tool to make beautiful invoices in seconds, send them as PDFs or as links to your customers. You can try it out yourself, to get a glimpse of how things could be .. nicer. 💅

@alencvisic Hey, this looks cool – I can't tell from the demo if contacts/clients are stored inside Tola so a user doesn't have to manually type a customer out for each invoice. Same goes for products / services – I assume those are stored on the backend to make creating invoices fast? It'll be cool to see how this grows – you are so right that most invoices look U G L Y and so out of date haha.
