Totally love the gloss. Jet Black... well a cheesy marketing trick to sell it to the semi-posh people. Sweet new finish but we all know they can do a lot more...

I think the Jet Black is way too glossy for me. The other colors are pretty neat thought, and the dual-camera zoom looks awesome!

@kazzkiq it's awesome for fingerprints though. You can really get a great view of each and every print on the jet black. If you're a fingerprint man like myself, you'll really be pleased.

I hope consumers push back on the headphone jack and earpods. All the proprietary tech for ports and wireless audio is so dumb. Only positive is that most phones over the next few years will be dust & waterproof to copy that spec.
@300mhz Agree with you that proprietary is bad but that's the Apple DNA. Also digital is the way forward. So now the android world needs an open standard to compete with lightning audio.

So how do I listen to music on my MacBook Pro if I only have Lightning headphones? The Earpods I got with the iPhone 6 are disintegrating (crap quality cable). Bluetooth headphones make my Bluetooth mouse go crazy so that's also a no.
That said, the dual focus camera (yay bokre!), water resistance and improved capacity are almost enough justification to upgrade.

Every new feature according to them is the best. Also every time they launch it's their best iPhone ever. They didn't even have a good pitch. So disappointed!
