Hey PH 👋 I’m Kseniia, CMO at iPNOTE. Let’s talk startups, IP headaches & going global 🌍

Hi everyone! I’m Kseniia, CMO at iPNOTE — an AI-powered platform that helps founders and companies protect their ideas and manage IP worldwide.
I’ve been an entrepreneur for 5+ years (marketing agency, dev studio, HRTech startup) and I know how often IP protection ends up at the bottom of the priority list… until it suddenly becomes a big problem 😅. That’s one of the reasons I joined iPNOTE — to help make IP protection simple, affordable, and accessible for founders everywhere.
Ask me anything about:
🚀 Startup life (what I wish I knew earlier)
🛡️ Trademarks, patents & IP protection
🌍 Expanding globally without burning out
📣 Marketing for B2B SaaS
I’ll be here all day answering questions — fire away 🙌

Hi Kseniia! Excited to have you here.
As a CMO with startup experience, what’s one marketing strategy you wish you’d implemented earlier that could have saved a lot of time or resources?
@ritik_ranjan Great question! Would like to hear the response too.

@ritik_ranjan Hi, Ritik. Thanks for the great question. I’d probably start investing in content marketing and SEO as early as possible, and only after that in paid advertising. It almost never brings quick results, but these channels will keep generating leads even when you don’t have the budget
@kseniia_polozhentseva That’s such a valuable point, Kseniia! Long-term compounding from content + SEO often gets overlooked in the rush for quick wins. Love how you framed it as an investment that keeps paying back even when budgets tighten. Thanks for sharing!
If you were advising a founder today, what’s one simple first content play you’d suggest to get early traction?

@ritik_ranjan Thank you very much for your comment and question.
First of all, I would advise you to approach content systematically and not expect quick results.
Secondly, I would start from the needs of the target audience and create useful content.
Thirdly, look toward human-centered content, which means that even if you have a B2B product, you shouldn't just dryly talk about its functionality and individual features. Instead, I would talk about it through the prism of how the customer's life has changed after they started using the product. And I would be honest with the reader, talking not only about success, but also about failures and the conclusions that the team drew from these failures in order to build an emotional connection.
@kseniia_polozhentseva Absolutely, Kseniia! I love the emphasis on human-centered storytelling, it’s often the difference between content that gets ignored and content that builds genuine connection. Sharing not just successes but lessons learned really makes the brand relatable and trustworthy.
Curious, do you have a go-to format or channel you’ve found most effective for delivering this kind of authentic content early on?
Hi Kseniia, hope you're well!
Your teams product sounds awesome, you're right it's not a priority till it is!!
I'm curious about your marketing point, do you have any gems to share?

Thanks for the question. I feel like all the brilliant ideas have already been thought of by someone else before me. But right now, SEO and Google Ads are working well for us, and I see AEO/AIEO as a promising direction.
@kseniia_polozhentseva Interesting, thank you!
Any insights on SEO? It took me at my first company nearly half a year to get any kind of good ranking!

Thanks for opening this discussion Kseniia 🙌 Something I’ve been thinking about a lot: when people remix and re-remix original artworks on AI platforms, how should IP be managed? Especially in terms of giving proper credits to the original creators while still encouraging creativity and collaboration. Curious to hear your thoughts on how platforms can balance recognition with openness.
