Itembase - Design, Simulate, Control your Game Economy in One WorkSpace

by
Itembase helps game designers design, simulate, and balance in-game economies without spreadsheets, ship updates live without a middleman Model your systems and keep everything in one place, test different scenarios, and see outcomes instantly, before writing code and shipping live. Perfect for game designers, economy designers, and indie teams who want to move faster and avoid guesswork.

Hey Product Hunt I built Itembase because balancing and shipping live game economies was always slow and messy. Every system meant scattered spreadsheets, guesswork, slow experiments, and even small changes requiring engineering before going live. It made iteration painful. So I started building a tool where you can: • keep everything in one place (assets, configs, formulas, simulations) • model your game systems and clearly see how everything connects • simulate different scenarios and predict outcomes • instantly understand how changes affect the whole system • export and ship changes without going through code first The goal is simple: help game designers move faster, experiment freely, and stay in control of their game without relying on spreadsheets or slow workflows. Itembase is especially useful if you're: * designing progression systems * balancing currencies and rewards * testing changes and wanting real predictions * trying to understand player behavior before going live This is an early version, and I’d genuinely love your feedback (good or bad). What would make this actually useful for you? Thanks for checking it out
