Excellent service. One feature request: Enable direct embedding of the human-readable version of a privacy policy, so that websites can use that "full-featured" version of the privacy policy without having to load in anything from a third-party site/iframe.
Simon Schmid
@evidentsearch the embedding option already inlcudes the policy summary on top of the full policy if you click "Simplified privacy policy". Is that what you were looking for by any chance?
Andrea Giannangelo
@evidentsearch Thanks for the feedback. One of the next projects we have is to redesign the human-readable version to make it more awesome, so your comment is precious. What other improvement would you like us to make on this side?
Evident
@s2imon Basically that, but without the page having to call anything from iubenda in order to fully render.

@facens What I'm looking for is something that loads without making the user's browser load anything from iubenda (or any other site or CDN). So probably what I'd like is what the API offers, without having to do that custom coding. Maybe it's against your model, but I'd love the full chunk of HTML and CSS that I can copy and paste into my site. I know this would put the burden on me to update it whenever the privacy policy itself updates, but I'd be willing to do that for the page load speed improvement.

Hello!

Pros:

No prior knowledge required. We're a small company and don't have time to spend on GDPR. Also we left this too late - but didn't we all?

Cons:

I'm overall verry happy with this tool and had no issues. Haven't compared it to competitor products either though.

I'm using heir services from the early beginning of iubenda. I always considered them to be the go to solutions for policies and legal needs as freelance and stastartups. I was just waiting to see their GDPR solution to say again "well done".

Pros:

Easy. Compliant. All around solution. Plug and play for your legal needs on budget.

Cons:

Cheap, multilingual, complete. Seriously, no cons , but good for small companies.

Andrea Giannangelo
Thank you Federico!

We use iubenda because the team is responsive and proactive.

Pros:

We're an early adopter and have been super happy with both the product and the teams delivery and service. Multi-language is a big plus.

Cons:

none - ability to add logo to the privacy policy pop up was a bit finicky but that's only a small concern.

Andrea Giannangelo
Thank you for the hint on the logo, rethinking the design of our policies is one of our upcoming projects! Also thank you for having trusted us since so early!
