Hey PH! I built James because I was tired of two extremes: Siri that can't do anything real, and OpenClaw or self-hosted agents that require a weekend of setup and constant maintenance. James actually acts on your behalf, books appointments by calling businesses, manages your inbox, reschedules meetings, and coordinates scheduling across multiple people (with a dedicated landing page, not just email tag). All through Telegram. You text him like you would a human assistant. He's careful by design, shows you what he'll do before doing it, asks when something's unclear, and never acts without your approval. I've been dogfooding it daily for months (900+ commits), and it's genuinely changed how I manage my time. Would love your feedback.
