If you want to collect feedback for your product using YouTrack Helpdesk, it can be easily done with the current helpdesk project functionality.
The team just needs to customize the online form based on the feedback questions and other information they want to get from customers. Also, feedback can be received as a message via a linked email channel if you want to share just an email address to receive the feedback.
Every customer feedback submitted via the feedback form or an email address would be collected as a separate ticket in your helpdesk project. Custom fields for every ticket can also be customized like the type of feedback, product rate, etc. - to access all information easily. If you want, you can also update the notification email copy which the customer receives when the feedback is submitted or even continue communication if you have any further questions regarding the feedback you've got.
