Everyone says "this meeting could've been an email." But honestly, some discussions genuinely need to happen live. The real problem is when half the meeting becomes people looking things up, screen-sharing dashboards, or saying "I'll check and circle back."

The information exists. It's just never where you need it — in the meeting itself. Agree/disagree?
