@jalcantarab @herefinn Getting stuck on the video gen. Uploaded one video and a few images, and no luck stuck analyzing... Also, the chat on the bottom-right sends me to input an email to follow up another time. Honestly, in launch day, I would staff that yourself or with some help :)

@jalcantarab @herefinn I think it might be a timeout issue. File is 80Mb, and so the request hangs until it fails with a ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Are you hosting in Vercel or similar? They can be restrictive on call duration

@jalcantarab The issue might not be stuck analyzing, but rather that the file size is too large. Currently, we can handle files up to 50MB, and we're working on increasing this limit in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience and will add clearer guidance on the product page. Could you please try uploading a smaller file? Regarding customer service, we were handling some issues here, so the response from the bottom-right chat on our website might have been a bit slow. We appreciate your understanding and your suggestions. We now have someone on standby to assist with customer inquiries.
