This looks cool, and the problem is interested, but it is not obvious to me what the solution is.

@cartertune we are just in the first phase of the project. We want jointly to be a ground-up solution that enables staff to highlight what each individual wants to achieve while still supporting the overarching strategy. In essence, if each team can align their individual team members v2mom then we can identify where there is deviation, highlight it and support the change. Once running, if the company wants to pivot, the model will ripple the change and identify what needs to change.
