I have been using JotForm for years as my Smart-Form platform. I have deployed it for all my clients. Nice!

@Aytekin There's no any doubt that JotForm is the best form tool what I ever seen. It's really easy, simple, safe and powerful . it's really ture. But, I can't take it. bcs I have already prepared 30,000 + quizzes for Learning language on Wordpress with LearnPress plugin. Try to calculate money, even get 50% discount of education , it'll be always cost 49.5 $ per month with Gold plan , 594 $ per year. That's a lot of cost for me , just only for quizzes. Although JotForm is the best of the world, the cause a big cost, I can't take it. Sorry for me, Sorry for you. Anyway, Best regards Jotform is spreading the world. Thanks.

If you want to set up some form of on-line data collection that is fast an easy to set up and use AND it's fun and looks good too then this will do the trick. Ive been using the JotForm on-line system since it started and this is a great addition to their arsenal.
