I think it's great. I have kind of a support question because this is so fresh there is no resources about it, but how can I embed it into a React app?

May be some sort of CDN tweaking can fix the web speed;

Okay for filling short forms like name, email, phone no. If it is a long form especialy with subjective questions, this may not be appropriate. Also, if the form is really crucial, sender will like to check once again before submitting the press button.

Great way to fill forms.

Cons:

Maybe not appropriate for long forms where earlier submitted information are in context with the later ones.

Card forms really work! In all honestly its no fun filling out a long boring form with field after field... Have to say JotForm is well ontop of their game. From the new back end user interface, new PDF editor, and awesome new card forms. The product brings to both users and developers of the platform.
