Cliff edge pricing does not work. We have 23 people today, the cost per user is $3.30 but if we had 19 users it would be $1.30 a month. Why not do per user?
@richtechex Thanks for bringing that up. Per usage pricing is rather tricky on Slack :) (It works OK on Teams though).

@slcarothers I'm so sorry Sara. Apologies for that. It should've gone to our paying customer only. This was the first time we tried this kind of broadcasting and, obviously, it didn't work and backfired.

Nice and easy tool, you get use to "++" instantly and it made a big difference in our workspace. People just saying thanks more often now. Keep up a great work Karma team.
