Really like how you made voice AI setup this simple, most tools still expect people to deal with APIs and technical steps. One thing I’m curious about: how does Klariqo respond when a caller suddenly changes the topic or asks something unexpected?
@priyanka_gosai1 Hey thanks for the comment. Yeah the AI has specific guardrails that it has to follow each time. If the user strays away from the conversation or the business topic for too long, the AI pushes (gently ofc) to get back on topic.
They have specific guardrails that they are only allowed to answer the business specific questions. On top of that, they can't issue refunds and so on automatically, it has to be usually transferred to a human or verified and approved by them.
@ekulianova Hello, thanks for the comment. This can work for all types of businesses. We made sure to have a solution for most business types. We have the phone only option that works best for local businesses, like restaurants, plumbers, realtors etc who get busy and don't have time to attend all the calls.
OR online businesses, who see a high bounce rate because their chat support (intercom or any other) can't handle all the visitor questions.

People know how Voice AI can help, but don't have the proper means to easily implement it, and that's exactly where Klariqo shines.

@pasha_tseluyko Hey Pavel, thanks for the comment. Yeah basically you follow our easy onboarding, where you just give us the website URL, and the AI agent scrapes through and pulls all relevant information as needed.
The AI agent is pre-trained in basic business rules, and proper guardrails + your website context makes it properly trained specifically on your business.

As for spam/robocalls, yeah we have strict policies for outbound calls, so we are limiting it for the time being, since we have to implement much stricter implementation for it
