Klu - Search for what you need, when you need it

@alainglaeser Hi Alain, one of the reasons we decided to build Klu is precisely for this purpose: to ensure that teams and departments can communicate better. One use case we've seen involves having teams in a single workspace but organized under different folders. This means that anyone can find any file or task within that workspace. If all the necessary information is contained within the workspace, different departments can ask Klu AI questions, such as "What is the deadline for Feature 1?" and so on. @aytan_jalilova thank you so much! We store users data at AWS, with encrypted at rest and in transit. To support search by keyword matching, we need to extract keywords from your data like document title, time, etc. so we don't have to store the whole text. For our AI, we create embeddings of your data, encrypt it, then remove the plain data. This means even Klu team can't see your data. Currently the key to encrypt the data is managed by us, and stored separately from the encrypted data. Your data is only decrypted when it is relevant to your search. We plan to make the encryption and decryption to happen in client-side (ie. in your browser or Klu desktop app) so you can be fully sure that your data is only for you.
