@ema_elisi good questions. We keep updating our test dataset to validate the accuracy. After the customer initial review and feedback, we update our automation test to diversify the test data. For brand tone, there is a custom instruction options in the interface where customer save their prompt to be used. Yes, it is easy for non-technical users, the Kommunicate interface provides an easy way to drag and drop excel sheet/csv files and plug and play option to deploy chatbot to website, webapps, mobile and other omnichannel platforms.
