As for your questions, our early adopters have already seen a 4x increase in response rate after they started using Kula AI to hyper-personalise the messages they send to their candidates. We generate the messages based on several attributes of candidates like their experience, skills, activities and also allow our recruiters to choose the right tone based on the role they are hiring for. This makes our personalised messages to truly resonate with candidates. Apart from this, we also allow customisations to the generated content before a Flow is launched for the candidates. You get to review every single message before it gets sent to your candidates. And we already have integrations with both Greenhouse and Lever.
