Interesting! Looking forward to checking it out. Personally, I really like read.cv as a professional network, but since that’s mostly for folks in “creative” professions (although any profession can be thought of as creative, to be fair), Ladder might have a wider appeal.

Cool app! In my humble opinion, Polywork.com is better 😬

Volunteered as a campus manager at Ladder around late 2019 and had an amazing time working with the team! Congrats Andrew, Akshaya + the entire team! It's been great to see how the platform has evolved since that time and it keeps getting better each time. Loving the app so far! :)

Congratualtions! Love Ladder and team! These guys have been doing awesome work in the student segment and the community really stands out. I met one of my cofounders for on their channel as well and will probably build my team in the future using Ladder as well! Would love to see them continue this momentum! Excited to be doing an AMA on Ladder in January!

Ladder is brilliant!
I joined Ladder when I was still an undergraduate student in college and I was blown away by the multiple amazing features of the platform that were created to help students achieve their professional growth.
I have learned from many of the workshops that have been hosted on the Ladder website and I've learned from so many professionals through the various text based AMA events.
That is another thing I admire about this platform. There are many individuals both on the Ladder team and fellow students and professionals who are rooting for our success while fostering a community of learning.
Although I am no longer a student, the lessons I've learned from the Ladder platform and community have contributed to my success during my job hunt and landing my first full time role.
Lastly, for those who are no longer students. Ladder still finds ways to provide value and be engaging. There are even opportunities to participate in AMA sessions and give back to the community by sharing our knowledge and experiences.
There are many online platforms to join for professional growth however, Ladder is truly brilliant!

How do you and the team plan to monitor content on your community and handle any type of toxicity?
