Pros:

Speed and usability improved. I love the new design.

Cons:

Workflows still look a bit basic, but it does the job!

I just heard about their previous Landbot lunch. I wanted to give it a try now and I was really surprised: it packs easy of use with a fun varnish, plus customization options to fit your business needs.

Pros:

I just think the product is awesome, it brings lots of innovations to engage in real conversations with your potential customers.

Cons:

Still few people know about it.

I had tried out the product when it was first launched a few months ago and have been following your updates over the past couple of months. I found the concept interesting then but as mentioned, it kind of wasn't ready for use on our live website ImageKit.io. I tried out the update. It looks much better and clean. A rebuild well done! Look forward to giving it a try again!

Landbot is definitely one of my favourite services to play with but it's also mega functional. You can get started and have questions answered really quickly. Chances are you won't have any because the GUI and conversation builder is just brilliant.

Once you start playing with this you'll realise the opportunity that lies ahead for chat bot!

This only fell down for me on reporting, but to be fair I had a really niche use case for it.

Pros:

flow chart conversation builder is great, easily get up and running with a simple bot in a few mins, great place to learn, great comms!

Cons:

depending on your usage, reporting might not meed your needs

@jiaqip might want to test for mobile a bit more. I kept seeing the bot response with an error message before it displayed the actual intended message. Good improvements though!

Design-wise: on Mobile browser, it was jumpy and hard to follow the conversation. (JARRING) When adding a new message, please consider animation to (1) show me where to look and (2) I can follow the conversation. Content-wise: I’m unsure what the demo is showing me; there’s no resolution — I was left hanging, and there were no options to “click”. Maybe it’s a network error? I tried first version of Landbot. Really is a new way to get leads and possible conversion. It is a fabolous and friendly tool that allow connect enterprises and users. Also Landbot can be used in marketing and customer support.

Pros:

Landbot is the conversational revolution between enterprises and clients. A new way to get leads and impact them with marketing automation

Cons:

Probably it takes time to appreciate Landbot potential based on machine learning and user behavior

I'm one of those who tried the early release of Landbot (pre-1.0) and wasn't too happy because it was quirky and broke down easily. However, with 1.0 the team really managed to get me from skeptical to supportive - the product is MUCH easier to use now and works like a charm. We got some strong leads already from our conversational landing page powered by Landbot, and can't wait to share the actual product (which is itself conversational as well) behind the landing page with the PH community - once it's done!

The teams here in my company already consider moving from typeform and use landbot for all internal and external forms. I also gave it as a recruitment exercise, so cool.

Also, what if you let us remove the landbot trademark for $1? I know your logo give you exposure but having my credit card can help you easier moving me from basic package to a pay package...I mean just a thought, I might be wrong...

Pros:

Love the overall user experience, it's friendly, straight forward and I saw direct results using it for lead gen.

Cons:

Well, really did not have any frustrations...for real! Even had a call from the CEO Jaiqi to share my experience.
