I wish the free version had more than 100 chat's per month. I been using it for a few days and its awesome. I feel you should have more templates and maybe allow users to make templates and share them. It would be very helpful.

@gauthamzz @jiaqip But I get the restriction on chats. The number of chats is what pays the landbot bill. But what I really don't get is the 30 block restriction. This is pushing me to another platform where I can actually test the value in a full diagram... I would love a plan that is more dynamic following the users actually trying out the bot. Am I not in a place to shelf out 30€ a week to first build the whole diagram and then sit waiting for users maybe coming in?

I used it to receive automatic polls to customers when the poll has some complexity. Also the new integrations are very useful (webhook, zapier).

Pros:

so easy for complex workflows

Cons:

I miss some input types

Great concept guys! This conversational-interaction thing is emerging lately and there're lots of alternatives out there but the future seems particularly promising for this one thanks to the well-made execution and the UI concept. You definitely should check the pricing, though

Was starting to build a bot for our website using another tool, and was fortunate to come across Landbot before I got to far with it - this is exactly the purpose we were intending for our site. Can't wait to A/B test it on our live site.

Pros:

Great UX. All the functionality I need.

Cons:

None I can think of.
