How do you handle website leads? Email, CRM, or something else?

I’ve lost a surprising number of leads in the past simply because I didn’t notice the incoming email soon enough.

When I started talking to other indie founders, almost everyone admitted the same thing — their contact forms go to inboxes no one checks quickly.

So I’m curious:

How do YOU handle inbound leads from your website today?

  • Email notifications?

  • CRM pipeline?

  • Something custom?

I built LeadDuo to solve this for myself (instant SMS + email alerts so I never miss a lead again), but I’d love to hear how others manage this problem.
