@bubun_ganguly So far, there is no exact legal framework regarding digital polygraphs, however, we are anticipating one as soon as solutions like ours become increasingly popular. Similar to the conventional hardware polygraphs, the results it outputs should only be taken into consideration along with other relevant pieces of information and lots of context, and never as a basis for final judgement. Potential discrimination due to false positive would only occur if the interviewer, who is using PolygrAI, is not following our Terms of Use and Guidelines. PolygrAI could only give you indication of behavioural fluctuation, but cannot give you an answer to a question.
It's a little scary that AI can already do such things. While, for example, earlier detection of health problems is a plus, but facial expression analysis in my opinion should be left for the other person.
