AI suggestions in web tools : actually useful yet, or still mostly hype in 2026?
Back when I was freelancing, AI felt like a distant dream. Now in 2026 it's everywhere... buttttt a lot of it still feels like shiny gimmick territory.
You ask for "SEO fixes" and get generic "add more keywords" fluff, or AI "suggestions" that miss the context of your actual stack/cache/CDN setup.
That said, some spots where I've seen AI start to genuinely save hours :
Flagging weird structured data errors (like broken JSON-LD that Google keeps complaining about but never explains clearly)
Intent-based search that actually understands "why is my Lighthouse score tanking on mobile even though desktop is fine?"
Quick win recommendations that aren't just "minify JS" but point to real culprits like uncached third-party fonts or silent console errors piling up
I'm super curious about your experience(s) with AI suggestions.
Where has AI actually saved you meaningful time in your web/perf/SEO workflow this year? (Bonus points for specific examples!)
