On your question about Slack/Discord integration : we don’t have the native integration live just yet but it’s really high up on our roadmap and coming very soon! We’re actively building it so new messages (with the transcript preview and direct link to the voice/video) ping your chosen Slack channel or Discord server the second they arrive, perfect for keeping the whole team in the loop in real time without constantly checking the Lissn inbox. ✨
In the meantime, we’ve got instant email notifications that are fully customizable per inbox, real-time dashboard updates, and webhook support if your team wants to hook it up custom right now!!

First off, YES, it integrates super easily! Lissn works by adding a lightweight, secure script (just a copy-paste snippet) to any website. This means it drops right into WordPress (via a Custom HTML block, header/footer plugin, or similar), Shopify (through theme.liquid or a custom liquid section), or pretty much any site builder.

Regarding privacy & GDPR, since it's a top priority for us, especially since we're dealing with personal voice/video content, here's how we approach it :
All messages (audio/video) are encrypted in transit and at rest
We act as a data processor under GDPR (you're the controller), so we only process data on your instructions
Videos and transcripts are stored securely with access limited to your account only (unless you explicitly share/export)
We don't use the content for training AI models or sell/share it with third parties
Full support for GDPR requirements : consent prompts (you can customize them in the widget), data access/deletion requests handled promptly via your dashboard, and we have a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) ready if needed
No unnecessary data collection, IP addresses and basic metadata are minimized, and we comply with principles like data minimization and purpose limitation

Could be interesting to use that in education. As an English teacher, I know students find speaking way more natural than typing out long forms—it’s a great way to capture their thoughts without the 'blank page' anxiety. I can think of some really creative ways I can try using Lissn.
Does the dashboard allow us to listen to the original audio alongside the transcription? Depending on how we can apply Lissn, maybe having the audio could help in my line of work.

We don't have any teachers users at the moment, but your comment makes me realize that yep, there's a few scenarios where Lissn could shine for both teachers and students!! Students can quickly record responses, reflections, or practice speaking, and you get AI-powered transcripts + intent extraction to review progress, spot pronunciation patterns, or even generate follow-up prompts.
Regarding your question about the dashboard : yes, absolutely, in the Lissn dashboard every message shows the original audio (or video) right alongside the full transcription. You can play the recording directly while reading/scrolling through the transcript (it even highlights synced sections as it plays, so you can jump to specific parts easily). This is perfect for your use case, listening back to pronunciation, intonation, fluency, or nuances that text alone might miss, while still having the searchable/edit-friendly transcript for notes or feedback.

Answering your question regarding the performance : the Lissn widget loads fully asynchronously (small deferred script), stays lightweight (~50-60KB gzipped), lazy-loads UI elements, and has minimal impact on page load/Core Web Vitals—usually <100-200ms added in real tests, with no CLS or blocking.
If you're cautious, you can lazy-load the script yourself for even tighter control!

A Zendesk integration is definitely something we've had on the radar, especially since a lot of teams using Lissn for voice/video contact capture + transcripts are already running Zendesk for ticketing/support.
Right now it's not in active development for the immediate next couple of weeks (we're heads-down on a few bigger items around search quality, team collaboration features, and some enterprise-grade auth/scaling stuff), but it's solidly on the mid-term roadmap! Probably Q2/Q3 this year if things stay on track :)
In the meantime, if you're open to a bit of a workaround :
You can already export transcripts/messages via our API or CSV
Or set up a simple Zapier/Make/Integromat flow that watches for new Lissn entries and creates/updates Zendesk tickets (most people get this running in <10 min)

You'll be happy to know integration is super straightforward ahah, our REST API is clean and simple, you just need to grab your API key from the dashboard. We implmented key endpoints for creating/fetching messages, transcripts, and intent data, plus easy webhooks so your AI agent gets pinged in real-time :)
You (or your AI agent) can handle almost everything via natural-language prompts to write the glue code, with minimal manual steps like copying the key and base URL.
