@anitakirkovska We do actually. A local shop for example was interested in showing their actual in-store products to their clients on the website. They had so much results that they are preparing more and more people to support website visitors with Video Calls.

Great product! Having a look at an in-store product is a game changer for e-commerce. @luca_micheli why don't you focus exclusively on this? I might be wrong but this is the most important use case for a video chat.
Bugs and guiding users through the funnel are easily solved via chat and screen-sharing and don't require f2f meeting.
