This looks amazing and ridiculously useful - the whole thing looks *really* polished (including the site design itself). One way I envision using this is for "support" - a sort of a "share your desktop" thing, without having to share your desktop. Ie. A user can describe what they're seeing, what they like/don't like. Also, a way to get "feedback" for users that have flagged themselves for reviewing beta features - that sort of thing. Really cool! Kudos!
