We love Livestorm here at Mention and use it to churn out 3 - 4 webinars a month! We were being offered to switch to other tools but simply had no need to: the UX of the product as well as customer service from Gilles and his team is just unbeatable πŸ˜„

I really had to stretch to find something to improve, but the MadKudu team loves LiveStorm. Their Zapier connection helped us quickly connect MadKudu to LiveStorm to score registrants as they signed up, and we can't wait to see this product grow & evolve!

Pros:

Seamlessly integrates into the modern marketing & sales stack

Cons:

Custom email workflow could use improvements

Thanks! Noted, this is great feedback :) Stay tuned ;)

Livestorm makes it easy to do webinar, may it a few people or more. I work with big corporations and I needed a tool allowing me to organize my own webinar without being dependant of the client tool. I found this with Livestrom

Pros:

no need to download an app (on both side), works with IE

Cons:

Not being able to allow participants to activate their webcan

Thibaut Davoult
Hi Justine! Thanks for your review :) I'm not sure if you've seen this but you can actually invite people on stage when hosting a webinar, which allows them to share their webcam (you can have up to 6 simultaneous streams at once). Read more in the corresponding help doc πŸ‘‰ https://support.livestorm.co/art...

We use it for webinars with big companies (no need to install an app, so great for us). It's very easy to use, very intuitive. The team is always sensitive to our question, even if we are a small company. We are currently testing the new feature : the meeting room, works perfectly.

Pros:

No need to download app, very easy to use, great team/support

Cons:

No cons just new features currently in development like better survey visibility (the team is always listening to our needs of improvement)

Baptiste

It's an amazing product, Gilles and the team are really focusing on what matters: simplicity and great UX.

Pros:

Amazing software, easy to use, integrations and even on-demand webinars!

Cons:

I haven't found one yet to be fair, a bit expensive for early stages.

Thanks! Let's talk :) We have startup discounts!

From emails to motivate people to join the webinar to the export of the webinar, everything is smooth and easy to use.

Pros:

easy to use, ready to go solution, no download

Cons:

not free

Hey AurΓ©lien, thanks for the review πŸ’ͺ Just wanted to add a precision : I know it's not much, but we do have a free plan allowing up to 10 live attendees and up to 20 minutes of live. It's more useful for testing and very small events, but it's there. We also have a page explaining how to setup a free "webinar MVP" on your own using Youtube Live: https://livestorm.co/free-webina... - It won't be perfect, but it can do the trick if you really need to keep your costs down.
