Looka (formerly Logojoy) - AI-powered logo maker

This is really cool! One of my friends is working on finding a new name and logo, so I told him about this.

Very cool site, I generated 2-3 dozen logos, nothing popped for me but that may have been my initial logo selections. I did notice my 'welcome' email went straight to Spam (using Gmail here). Not sure if anyone else is having this issue.

Terrible!! I fell like i have been defrauded!! In fact its a fraud!! I paid for an enterprise pack on the website. I got nothing. I cant download the logo I designed. I sent a message asking about the one hour consultation hoping that i will get some explanation and got no reply. The payment I made using my company debit card has gone through and I can't get my money back as i didn't pay with a credit card. Logojoy must be a fraud because if it wasn't they would allow you use paypal to pay. I guess they built a little credibility just to defraud people. I am so disappointed as i really needed the Logo for letter head for my company and for a lot of other things I have planned. I need advice on how to get my money back or how to report this company. My company is in the UK and Logojoy seems to be in the US . Your advice will be appreciated.

It would be nice to star the logos you like in order to go back and pick a favorite.

Working with Logojoy has been easy and stress free. I would recommend it to anyone with limited GD abilities. The team was quick to respond and always kind. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone willing to listen.

Honestly, the only way to build a logo if you are starting up. I wish Logojoy has existed earlier -- would have saved hundreds of dollars on my previous logos. Can't recommend them highly enough
