It needs to have the ability to record just one window and annotate on it at once. Right now you have to decide which one you want and use the corresponding product (app vs extension).
Not a viable option for serious business as they are stretched way too thinly. A school I advise posted a support query with them and is still waiting for a reply 4 weeks later. No way I would recommend Loom to one of my real businesses or where it could become important as a supplier /medium... Find an established supplier with working processes instead.

I'm a huge fan of the product. Communicating with team members and customers while walking through the steps of my product could not be easier. Also organizing folders so you can go back and reuse videos is a great way to get your team working independently. Keep up the great work!
