The silver lining is this has affirmed my belief that more people should learn how to code. So they can fix horrible software like this. They were responsive to support; but all they told me was that the video was gone and there was no way to get it back.

Easy sharing, Slack integration is handy
Cons:
If you have an unstable internet connection, it just loses your video. No local copy. YOU HAD ONE JOB, LOOM. @%!@$

This would be a great tool if it wasn't so limited. I'm trying to record videos from my desktop, but there is no option (unless you're using a mac) to use in system audio. Unbelievable. Even less quality apps have this feature [Screencastify]. I will be putting a low star rating until this feature is added, it is 100% required if you're going to be making videos for education. Unreal.
