Nice excited to try this out so that our Beta Users can send us Looms of any issues or ideas they have. So if 50 users were to create Looms today in our app, do we have control over where they get sent? Can we push them to Notion, Slack, Intercom etc... for the team to review

@connorpm when a user creates a Loom via the LoomSDK integrated into your app, you have full control over where you send/ferry that Loom to from there! If you check out the YouTube video on this post, you'll see that there are hooks for "onInsertClicked", "onStart", "onStop", "onCancel", etc. We worked really hard to make sure you get all the info you need to embed and send the video where you'd need it to go in the context that makes the most sense for your app. :-)

I use Loom all the time on desktop - It's great when it comes to walkthroughs for clients, pointing out errors. This is helpful for those who may not have the newest phones with a screen recorder.

We're excited to share that the loomSDK is now generally available, and we've made some improvements to go with the launch. Check out our new Developer Portal (https://dev.loom.com), which provides a whole new documentation experience, along with the ability to create and manage your API Keys directly. We already have awesome partners, both large and small, building with the SDK to leverage async video in their apps. Just integrated this into our SaaS platform and honestly blown away by how seamless it was. Our support tickets used to be a nightmare of back-and-forth screenshots, but now users can just record a quick video showing the issue.
