@stermi Hey Emanuele. Great question. We would have definitely considered lookback.io a tangential competitor as recently as 3 months ago. Where Lookback focused on mobile oriented user video feedback, our technology and platform focused on web oriented user video feedback. We decided to pivot and utilize our recording technology not for user feedback but for general video communication once we realized how quickly we could get videos to render.
