How do you handle privacy for voice sessions?

Voice-first makes so much sense for moments when typing feels like too much. Curious how you handle voice data: is audio stored, or only transcripts? And are sessions used for model training? For many people that's the deciding factor before they open up about something personal.

Hey Helen, good question!
We do not store user's data. We collect anonymized transcripts (that are not connected to users' profiles and have no personal data inside - all names etc. are deleted) and are using them to make our AI better and then delete them. So Lovon's fully private, we value privacy of our users!
