A recognition platform that enables everyone to appreciate hard work, celebrate achievements and say thank you by sending virtual carrots to a teammate, partner, or any professional. Later, the collected carrots can be redeemed into gift cards and experiences.
Hey Product Hunters, I am Sergey, co-founder and CEO at Lucky Carrot 🥕
We’re back with Lucky Carrot Vol.2 and we couldn’t be any more excited 🚀
We at Lucky Carrot believe that appreciation is what’s missing in our daily collaboration. Our vision is to bring recognition, thank you culture and rewards to any collaboration on every platform where professionals get their work done.
Initially, we created Lucky Carrot for companies to help them build a culture of appreciation and enhance employee engagement. Now with Vol.2, we enable recognition even outside the company boundaries, for all the professionals who want to express their appreciation towards their partners, community members, webinar or event participants and more. 😻
How it works for individuals:
◾Anyone can fill up their personal carrot balance and send as a thank-you to any professional they want to recognize.
◾The collected carrots can be redeemed into gift cards and fun experiences.
◾Also, soon available on collaboration platforms like Zoom, Jira, Trello, MS Teams, G Suite and more.
And for companies:
◾Each month employees get a fixed amount of carrots from the company, use them to appreciate the hard work of their peers, and redeem the collected carrots into Rewards 🎁
◾Oh, and one more thing, Lucky Carrot is also a tool for companies to get full insights into employee engagement and interactions.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on our product! 🙌
Thank you @chrismessina for hunting us!
From your experience, can it help engage engineers? We tried lots of things, but nothing worked. Marketers, sales, support are easy to engage. Tech people are not.
@norayr_margaryan Because you offer something unique as a reward for them? What exactly? Something like Disney Land gift cards? How did you hack your engineers? :)
@norayr_margaryan@pavel_pavlenko From our point of view the incentive and driver is not only a gift cards , albeit those are too ;)

Product is really useful. Always is hard to start using smth new, but Lucky Carrot is really easy to be onboarded and very useful :)
Recommend to all (unfrotunately I do not have any commission:))
just love Lucky Carrot
Looks like a well thought initiative, although seems to me quite hard to implement in a company and something that can easily be seen as a side chore to do mandated by HR people especially for employees in other areas. Do you have examples of successful implementation yet? And if so, can I know what have they achieved within a team? Thanks a lot!
@luis_carlos_moyano_medina Thanks for the comment ! Actually implementation and onboarding is really easy (through integrations like Slack, Microsoft AD etc..). Also the platform itself is quite easy to use, showing today very high usage percentage. Currently more than 70 companies and teams are using Lucky Carrot, which helped them to maintain a culture of gratitude, align team members with company values and in result enhance engagement score and other business outcomes.
