I built this out of my own need. I’ve applied to countless jobs, and even when the roles were similar, each application seemed to require a slightly different version of my CV. I knew companies use ATS systems, but each one works differently, and even when I thought my resume was perfect, I’d get rejection emails without understanding why. I realised I wasn’t alone. On Reddit and other forums, hundreds of people were struggling with the same problem. As a recruiter and someone who’s been a candidate, I’ve seen both sides of the hiring process, which helped me understand the pain points really clearly. So I decided to build a tool to help. I talked to other job seekers, did research, and even had some early posts trending online, which confirmed that this was a real problem, not just something in my head. The goal was simple: save time, make resumes smarter, and give people a better shot at landing the job.
