I've been an avid Mailshake user for a while now (since it was named Content Marketer). :) The product has evolved a lot: both on the stability and UX part. A couple of weeks ago they introduced Custom Tracking Domain (http://docs.mailshake.com/articl...) that hugely improves deliverability.

I spotted Mailshake a couple months back and have been planning to test this out once we kick into full sales mode. In sales we're looking for a CRM to help do the heavy lifting for us, whilst making each email personal. It seems Mailshake's a good candidate here, as we can have a few base templates, then edit each with personal touches based on individual research before sending. For me that's Mailshake's greatest strength is when used to enable personal, genuine cold emails and not simply automated fake seemingly-personal cold emails. Helping me personally reach out to people is great, but automated fake-personal mass mailing isn't for me.

@wilhempujar We've been so focused on dev and building out the product that we kinda forgot. Most of our growth comes from word of mouth and our content marketing efforts :)

I do A LOT of influencer outreach for original contributions at a host of publications. Mailshake dramatically simplifies the process and makes organizing my efforts and lists — as well as tracking responses and follow ups — far more effective than what I used to do with Gmail, Outlook, and Excel.
