Mailshake - A simple and easy to use solution for cold emails

MailShake just works, and is a pleasure to use. The price is very reasonable and there are some really good guides on their site for how to do email outreach and more. If I had one feature request it would be to integrate with Google Sheets so I don't have to download a CSV and then upload it to MailShake, but that's a minor niggle.

I've been using Mailshake lightly but consistently for 6-12 months now and am really happy with everything.

Mailshake is easy to use (everything from setup to interface), it has plenty of help articles & support if you get lost, and most importantly it allows me to send and manage emails consistently while providing the necessary data for me to learn how a campaign is performing.

I like being able to see my email normally in gmail and manage all of the testing and feedback externally in Mailshake. A few other solutions I've tried have hijacked my whole gmail interface and made it difficult to use normally. Mailshake does not have this problem.

If you're doing any level of email outreach and not tracking data, Mailshake is an effective solution that I would recommend to anyone looking to start email marketing or outreach.

I used Mailshake for years before joining the team to help it grow. Coming from a sales background I used many tools to cold email. Mailshake is the most simple tool and extremely effective from a Gsuite email.

In addition to closing dozens of eCommerce consulting deals, I was able to get free accommodation in Bali by emailing resorts and offering to exchange drone footage. Very versatile tool because you can simply add in more mail accounts.

I didn't realise I had to create URL's as anchor text - I am sure because I was just rushing

I am in love with this product. It's simplicity and ease of use. What took me 3 months in manual outreach I can now do in 7 days with Mailshake. I've been impressed by the customer support, who personally record a 10 minute video on how to improve your campaign when you sign up. They respond immediately to any questions too. Their content online is incredibly helpful, and you can tell they put considerable time in to providing valuable content for their customers/ potential customers. In the near future, I hope that they can develop more advanced features for lead nurturing and more analytics so that all outreach can be completed inside the app. With the volume of leads coming in (which is great of course) it can however be difficult to organise the leads and stay on top of them. I'd recommend Mailshake without reservation!
