@iamaustinyang good question. I'd say three things: 1. Simplicity. A lot of CRMs focus on notes, meetings, deals, etc. We keep it super simple with contacts and easy follow ups. 2. Templates. We provide some quick templates that are specific to freelancing. 3. Leads. I think we are the only CRM that has a service that will fill your CRM with new leads that match your criteria. We built a very simple CRM to help freelancers stay top of mind with their clients. The last thing you want to do as a freelancer is let your pipeline go cold. But, you're busy. We know the feeling. You wear a ton of hats. Managing current projects, executing work, sending proposals, invoicing, accounting, etc. So sometimes following up with your contacts slips through the cracks. We wanted to make it super simple to: 1. Add your contacts (you can do this in 30 seconds using a CSV import) 2. Set how often you want to follow up 3. Get reminders and send a quick email Simple as that. One of the best sources of more freelance income is your existing clients and network. You just have to stay in contact.

STOP SENDING SPAM MAILS. What should I do, except the turning off every mail notifications? Why am I still receiving your spam mails?

@can_sofyalioglu Sorry about this. In the account area there is a single checkbox for "Unsubscribe from all notifications" that should stop any emails from sending to you. Did you already try that and its still sending you emails? If you send me an email at jake@betterlance.co I can check your account settings to make sure they are turned off for you.

Took a look and this looks really good. Congrats. As another target may I suggest solopreneurs. They're like freelancers but not really. I run a one-person business and this is equally applicable to me.

@robert_zalaudek Thanks! That is definitely high on our radar. We wanted to stay niche at first but solopreneurs and small studios and agencies can definitely still use and beneifit from Betterlance. Thanks for the feedback
