@mikedyang so far loving the manychat bot for FB messenger. we're testing it out now to engage more with our users. i'm trying to create a button that uses a utm link and am unable to save it. any plans to allow this in the future? or am i somehow doing this incorrectly. thanks!

Hi, Mike. Seems like a great idea. Just a remark considering your landing page: please remove the "mailto:" from your contacts link at the landing page. Using a mailto tag in 2016 feels quite inferior.

Hi, just watched the video and looks like a cool product. However, i'm new to bots. How does it work? Does it send a message to all of your fans (people who liked your page) or do they have to send a message to the page? I see there's a subscribe button, but how do your fans recieve that message? And is it possible to send a message to all of them, whether they are subscribed or not? Not sure if i made my point very clear, i'm just curious how you reach your audience in the first place.
