I tend to do this by hand - I write it out in a daily journal and have an Excel spreadsheet where I have all the macros of the foods I commonly eat and then another Excel spreadsheet that has my recipes, which allows me to break out my ingredient amounts and number of serves - after every meal I just punch the weight of my food into the excel spreadsheet, or go to the recipe book, and grab the macros, then add them all up for my meal total... it takes a while, but it's kinda worth it to me. For this to be REALLY useful to me, It'd be cool if I could just free-form type-in something like "175g pink lady apple, 25g Mainland Epicure Cheese, Recipe - Red Curry with Turkey Meatballs" and have it automatically produce a table for me based on my recipes and the macros I've provided for the foods I eat (better yet if it looks up macros for them and shows me the source). To be honest, watching the demo my first thought is "this will actually take longer than doing it by hand, with all the clicks" I hope you find this feedback constructive :)

@rossdcurrie Hey Ross, thank you for your helpful feedback! :) I understand what you mean, however, this calories & macros tracker is actually linked to a Recipe book, which is titled "Meals" in the calories & tracker table. The Recipe book contains all your meals along with the calories per serving and macros you've input. So, when you add a meal in the calories & macros tracker table, the number of calories & macros from the meal will automatically appear in there, without you having to manually input the number of calories and macros each time for every meal, therefore saving time. I hope this helped, or please let me know if I missed something. Thanks again! :)
