midway@ finds the perfect halfway spot for you and your friends
It calculates fair travel times for any commute type – car, bike, public transit or walk
No more group chat chaos. Meet in the middle, instantly.
Considering public transport is so important, especially in big cities like Toronto where it's almost a necessity to use public transit due to how terrible traffic in the city is. I also like that it flags "crowd favorite" locations too!
Love seeing a fun, thoughtful consumer product in the middle of all the B2B launches lately. Super useful idea—surprised this didn’t exist already. Curious how you’re thinking about virality or use cases beyond just one-off meetups? Congrats!
@chrislucas I was thinking of it as calendly of offline meetups. you just share your link –> other person taps one button –> we show midways –> you select the spot & time –> invite sent along with transit route

Midway@ nails the problem of finding a fair meeting spot love that it balances real travel time for car, bike, transit, or walking! How does it handle dynamic factors like traffic or transit delays in real time?
This is such a smart idea. I’ve had so many meetups where someone ends up with a much longer trip than the rest. I love that midway@ focuses on actual travel time instead of just distance. And the public transport part is a big win for city folks like me. Definitely trying this out for our next hangout.
