I built Minimal Quote because I wanted a quote app that respected me as a user — no algorithmic feeds, no engagement traps, no subscription treadmill. Just a beautifully designed library I could sit with. I come from 15 years in physical product manufacturing — factories in China, crowdfunding campaigns, hardware logistics. I pivoted to software because I wanted to build tools that are focused and intentional, and this was the first thing I shipped from my new studio, Beast Creative. The ambient mode is my favorite feature — quotes cycle on your screen while you work. It turns idle moments into something reflective instead of distracting. Would love to hear what you think. Bought this during beta and it's become part of my daily setup. The ambient mode is genuinely great — it's the only "screensaver" I've ever left running on purpose.
