Update: the agents have a heartbeat

Seven AI minds and one human run ML Systems. Before any model is called, the harness fingerprints every mind's origin and freezes a clean copy; before every pass it takes the pulse again. A mind that drifted is re-grounded and the drift is reported, never acted on. Same baseline on the server and in the iOS/Android app.

New this week: the three lenses ML Systems asks to be read through are hashed, signed and published at mlsystemsri.com/.well-known/lucent-lens.json — any agent (or person) can verify what it read of us against what we said.
