Momentum is, simply put, essential. What you see on the surface are things like "Smart Dealrooms" for coordinating communication and tasking within an opportunity (each opportunity can have its own dealroom), to simple things like updating next steps, changing deal amounts, modifying stages, uploading files and notes...and yes "closing the deal". If that was all, Momentum would be the best individual tool for managing deals in Slack. The real power of Momentum is in its "no-code" automation platform. Many of us have low/code general automation platforms like Zapier or Tray.io. They're fine tools, but none of them have a data model tailored for the business of sales. For us, Momentum links up Salesforce, Slack, Asana and more--this allows the folks who know our sales process to build automation that speeds up everything from deal announcements to provision customers, discount approval, and even "requesting a Solution Architect" for our deals. Add up all of the times you've had to log in to your tools--now all with MFA--the clicks it takes to get to "file upload", to "yet another tab open, sucking memory from my computer". Time matters to sales teams and Momentum saves us a huge amount of time.

I wish this product existed when I was running sales teams at Intercom and Envoy. We attempted to build everything ourselves and it was no where near as good as this product. Keep going team.

My team has been using it for about 6 months. The workflows Momentum has been able to help us establish has been amazing. Every week we are finding new value from the tool. From visibility, to collaboration, to reducing steps a salesperson needs to do in our sales process and now building workflows right in momentum are gone changing. With teams being distributed and the need to act quickly, you need to try momentum.

Momentum has helped us collaborate and move deals forward as fast and seamlessly as possible with all the relevant stakeholders involved. All of our opportunity related conversations/strategy takes place in the momentum and relevant information is then synced into SalesForce. Momentum has enabled us to work as a pod and have all on the same page, as well it makes it easy to understand where a deal is at by simply popping into the dealroom. As a manager, Momentum makes it possible for me to easily understand the state of a deal, ask questions, and help out when appropriate. We look forward to creating more workflows in Momentum to help move deals faster and keep information/communication flowing between all relevant parties. Momentum has helped streamline communication, collaboration, and deal processes - end result being working efficiently as a pod towards to our end goals (closing deals + assisting customers).

What a great product - and team. We licensed Momentum to solve a challenging compliance documentation issue. The solution that the team proposed was brilliant, simple and implemented in just a few days. We are already in talks with the Momentum team expanding the scope of our relationship.
