Each one on its own branch.
Then comes the merge hehe
Conflicts, stale branches, worktrees everywhere...
So we started building something for this at Murmell.
Git, but for AI agents :)

How do you merge what your agents write?
Do you use worktrees or one branch per agent?
What's the worst merge an agent ever gave you?..

I tell each agent not to step on the others' toes, and I open each one in its own VS Code window. I've also learned to keep only one agent on production code at a time. It's a bit slower, but it saves me from untangling conflicts later.
