🤝 How do you split the work with your cofounder?

Gabriel and I both open the repo in the morning and kind of... hope for the best hehe
Sometimes we're on the same file without knowing it.
That's literally the problem we're trying to fix with Murmell, a multiplayer workspace for coding with AI.
But the human side is still messy :)
So I'm curious:
Do you split by feature, by layer, by mood?
How do you avoid stepping on each other?
Daily sync or zero meetings?..

Daily standups and split by feature but at the start, when you are building fast, it's hard not to step on others' toes
@christopherpeterson yeah the early days are the worst for that hehe, everything touches everything... do the standups actually help or do you still find out about the conflicts after the fact? :)
