Those few minutes are usually when I remember I haven’t moved from my chair.

Personally i doomscroll =D
Queue the next one. Running a few products solo means there is always a second thing waiting, so the gap becomes the moment I switch tabs and kick off whatever is next in the queue rather than actually resting. Not something to be proud of, just what happens when the backlog never really ends.
