We've been using segment builder for our PPC efforts to ensure we are targeting high converting segments that are more relevant to our target audience. Segment builder allows you to see these higher converting segments almost instantly whereas it takes a lot of time out of your day to have to pull this data manually from Google Analytics. Highly recommend!
